  4. KEY FINDINGS 75% of consumers preferred online banking over traditional banking due to convenience and low fees. Digital-only banks were gaining traction, but trust remained a barrier for older consumers. Sustainable and ethical investment products were in high demand, particularly among younger investors. Personal finance management tools and AI-driven financial advice were significant diferentiators for fintech brands. Customer retention was heavily influenced by transparent fee structures and personalized financial guidance.
