Open the Start menu and click on the Settings icon you'll see on the right side. • Offline printer use" is enabled • From the Settings option, find "Devices" and from there open "Printer and Scanners". • You'll see a list of connected printers and your printer will be there. • You'll find your HP printer offline if the "Use printer in offline mode" is selected. To get rid of this issue, follow the steps: • Just right-click on it and you'll see a check sign on "Use Printer Offline", uncheck that and the problem will disappear.
