  2. Indian two-wheeler market is showing a strong double digit growth, thanks to the growing population and increasing disposable income in their hands. Add to that the entry of global bike manufacturers into the country and introduction of a variety of bikes are also reasons for this high growth. Here is a list of the best-selling bikes in India.

  3. Hero MotoCorp has been one of the most successful brands here. Its Splendor has made to the top of the sales chart, with a sale of almost 2 lakhs units in April 2015. The decade old Splendor is available in many models and Splendor Plus is a recent one. Splendor is renowned for its durability and agility. Hero HF Deluxe is one of the most sought after motor cycle in the 100 cc category.The Hero HF Deluxe is high on the mileage factor and offers good features at a reasonable price tag.Hero Passion Pro is also a popular name nowadays which has a strongly built body and a powerful engine offering good fuel economy. The sales for Hero Glamour have come down slightly but it still manages to squeeze into the top ten lists. Although on the pricier side, Hero Karizma ZMR is also seeing decent sales.

  4. Honda also has some bikes selling in good numbers, the foremost being the CB Shine. A refreshed model was out early this year and the sales have gone up since then. Style, power, reliability, decent fuel economy added to high level comfort makes the Shine an all-round and well sought package. Honda Stunner is another premium looking bike in the 125 cc category and it appeals to people who want a big bike feel at a low cost.

Royal Enfield is the manufacturer who has always seen decent sales irrespective of time and generation. Royal Enfield Bullet is the most sold bike here.
