To get started, open the mobile app and tap the hamburger menu. Then select Settings & privacy > Settings from the drop-down menu, then select Your Time on Facebook. • If you just want to be aware of your usage and not make any changes, enable Weekly Update, which will send you a weekly email summarizing your Facebook use over the previous seven days. You may also tap Activity Log to see a log of all your recent activities on Facebook.
