  1. How Servo Stabilizers Are Built? Servo controlled stabilizers are those stabilizers in which voltage correction is done automatically to close limits by comparing the output voltage with a base voltage. Servo stabilizers basically consist of following parts- •Servo motor. •Buck booster transformer. •Solid state device to compare the output voltage with a built-in stable voltage source and to find out the error. The servo voltage stabilizer manufacturers built this system around an autotransformer. That’s a transformer with a single winding, which uses magnetic self-induction. This is very much like the huge dimmer controls in theatres, where a variable contact slides on the windings on the semi-circular core, much like an oversize potentiometer. The moving arm of on the autotransformer windings is controlled by a servo motor. When the circuit that compares the output voltage with the reference voltage finds it higher than it should be, it outputs a positive signal to the servo motor controller, and the arm rotates till the two voltages

  2. are equal. If the output falls below the reference, the servo’s controlling voltage goes negative ad it moves the autotransformer contact the other way, reducing the voltage. Off course, some hysteresis (the time based output depending upon past and present outputs of system) is allowed i.e. the motor switches on only when the output is found to be outside a preset range around the reference, say state device. Servos cannot respond to spikes and surges, and offers no isolation whatsoever… Servos are known to create line noise. If you are looking for servo voltage stabilizer in Ghaziabad, contact R.
