Lakeside beauty: Udaipur is surrounded by seven magnificent lakes and this scenic beauty has been kept preserved by Forts of Udaipur. Irrespective of the weather, be it rainy season or winter, people come here to witness this natural beauty, as there is no other city in the world where lakes can be seen right from your hotel room. 02. Udaipur is home to some of the most amazing architecture in the world: The City Palace is a perfect example of this, as it is an immense complex that was built over a period of 400 years, and it features a stunning blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The City Palace is also one of the largest palaces in India, and it houses a number of museums that are definitely worth visiting.
