Randal Roark as a dedicated assistant professor • Randal possesses the sound knowledge of technical methodologies along with the web based instructional methodologies • He works to develop and conduct reading, writing, study skills and related workshops • He always adheres to the academic rules, regulations, policies and standards and maintains an active research program and motivates active participation • He teaches a requisite number of classes, provides guidance and supervision to graduate students

Randal provides instructional assistance as assistant professor • Heprovides instructional assistance and monitors student progress • He also monitors and provides specific information and documentation of student’s reading needs and their respective progress. • He contributes towards the efficient management and administration of the department and the college
