The already-growing Dubai rental market is expected to get a major boost, as football fans from all over the world flock to the city to catch a glimpse of their favorite teams. This is good news for landlords and tenants alike, as it is expected that rents will rise but so will the quality of properties on offer.

It is expected that Dubai will benefit more than any other tourist site in the region from Doha’s hosting of the World Cup. Of the more than 90 new flights that will land in Doha daily, about 40 will depart from the UAE alone.
