  2. Welcome Welcome to QAD SUPPLY VISUALIZATION You are about to see a self-running demonstration of the QAD SV functionality

  4. Min/Max Screen The Inventory Min/Max screen shows all the basic information regarding inventory managed by your suppliers using policies for minimum and maximum inventory quantities

  5. Help link Use Help to access information about the system

  6. Help window Help launches in a new window

  7. Help displayed When first learning SV functionality, it is helpful to leave the help window open in the background so that you can access it as needed

  8. Side Bar The Side Bar can be accessed by clicking on the three triangles

  9. History History keeps track of the last ten pages visited

  10. Workspaces Users can define Workspaces which save the filters, display and font settings for future use

  11. Appearance Users can select the screen appearance. The Classic look is the SV 3 style.

  12. Close Side Bar Click on the three triangles to close the Side Bar

  13. Status Flags The Status Flag column uses icons to show the status of each SKU.

  14. Multi Column Sorts Clicking on the column header sorts the data on that column. You can have multiple column sorts. The number indicate the position of that column in the sort.

  15. Ascend/descend Sort The arrow indicates either an ascending or a descending sort.

  16. Sort Trash Can Clicking on the trash icon removes the column from the sort.

  17. Red Flags If the QOH + ASNs is at or below the minimum, the record is flagged as a red hot item.

  18. Yellow Flags If the QOH + ASNs is at or below the order point, the record is flagged as yellow.

  19. Blue flags If the QOH + ASNs is above the maximum, the record is flagged as blue.

  20. Filter tab Click on the Filter tab to display all the filtering options for this page.

  21. Filtering options A preview window appears to show the effects of the filters selected and applied.

  22. Currently displayed fields You can filter on the currently displayed fields…

  23. Not displayed fields …or on fields not currently displayed on the page.

  24. Filter operators Select from a list of operators to limit the data displayed on the screen

  25. Display Options Click on the Display tab to change the columns displayed on this page.

  26. Display Options preview window A preview window appears to show the effects of the columns selected and displayed.

  27. Display Available/displayed Select from a list of available columns to add to the screen.

  28. Display Available/displayed Select from a list of displayed columns to remove from the screen.

  29. Display Available/displayed Use the arrows to move column positions on the screen.
