  1. How To Change A Truck Tire

  2. Changing Your Truck Tire Changing a semi-truck or a commercial truck tire might seem a bit more daunting because a semi is a larger vehicle. But, most of the process is largely the same! Here’s a guide on how you change your commercial truck or semi truck’s tire.

  3. 1. • Park the Truck • You will need to find a stretch of road that is level enough to keep the truck at a straight line.

  4. 2. Place the Chocks • Place chocks around the wheels to prevent the truck from moving.

  5. 3. Use A Screwdriver • Use a screwdriver to pry off the hubcap if your truck has one.

  6. 4. Work with Lug Wrench • Turn the lug nuts counterclockwise with a lug wrench to loosen them.

  7. 5. Place the Jack • Raise the truck up by fitting a jack under it.

  8. 6. Remove the Tire • Pull the wheel off the truck and mount it carefully.

  9. 7. Lower the Truck Lower the truck to the ground and tight the lug nuts.

  10. 8. Replace the Hubcap Line up the hubcap with the valve stem, then push the hubcap. Click here to learn more
