  1. DISCIPLINE Discipline is a behaviour that encourage people to obey rules .It is important for every phase of life and helps to achieve success and fulfill dreams . Without discipline , no one can achieve anything in life .Discipline create habits , habits make routines and routine become who you are daily .It helps us train our mind and body and enable us to focus on our goals. They are generally of two types of discipline . First one is induced discipline and second one is self discipline . Induced discipline is something that others taught us or we learn by seeing others .
