  3. The Employer Nomination Scheme Subclass 186 grants an opportunity for skilled workers to live and work in Australia for an indefinite time period. Moreover, an individual is allowed to study as well while working in Australia. It enables the individual to travel outside Australia for 5 years from the date subclass 186 was granted. There are 3 available streams for this visa and candidates are required to fulfil the requirements for the specific stream they have applied for.
