The enclosure 3D printing is partially airtight to control the internal air best; advanced and best 3D printer enclosures have ventilations; the best example is the Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure.

  3. The cruciality of owning an enclosure is essential. But note that whether you should use it or not may solely depend on the type of filament you choose. For instance, most people frequently use ABS or PLA filaments for 3D printing. PLA filament is known to warp. Therefore, it needs less temperature, and it has minimal shrinkage. On the other hand, ABS filament tends to bend and shrink significantly and needs more temperature to work best. So, these two filaments will need an enclosed 3D printer to stabilize the inside temperature by keeping the hot air in, which results in less energy consumption.
