  2. OLD SYLLABUS: • The old syllabus of “CA” final has 2 groups with 8 subjects, it includes • Group-1(4 Subjects) • Group-2(4 Subjects) • The new syllabus is completely different from the old syllabus. NOTE: Elective papers are included.

  3. Group I • Paper 1: Financial Reporting (100 Marks) • Paper 2: Strategic Financial Management (100 Marks) • Paper 3: Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics (100 Marks) • Paper 4: Corporate and Allied Laws (100 Marks) • Section A: Company Law (70 Marks) • Section B: Allied Laws (30 Marks)

  4. Group II • Paper 5: Advanced Management Accounting (100 Marks) • Paper 6: Information Systems Control and Audit (100 Marks) • Paper 7: Direct Tax Laws (100 Marks) • Paper 8: Indirect Tax Laws (100 Marks) • Part-I: Goods and Services Tax (75 Marks) • Part-II: Customs & Foreign Trade Policy (25 Marks)

  5. NEW SYLLABUS: • ABOUT: The entire syllabus of CA FINAL has “2”groups with 8 subjects, • It also includes one elective subject in itself, each paper carries 100 marks, have to secure minimum 40%marks in every subjects.

  9. DETAILS ON ELECTIVE PAPERS: • 6A-RISK MANAGEMENT: • It builds around applying risk scenarios to business. • The subject is nearly close to Auditing and Strategic Financial Management

  10. 6B-INTERNATIONAL TAXATION: • The portion is taken from the paper7 (international taxation)which contains (30 marks) • This paper has two parts . • Part1: (TAXTION OF INTERNATIONAL TAXATION AND NON-RESIDENT TAXATION IN INDIA) • Part2: (OTHER ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL TAXATION)
