  1. Types of Sensual Dance Forms Sensual dance is an inner and expressive art form that evokes, activates and increases feelings of self-expression. Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba are some of the most famous sensual dance forms. Salsa Salsa is a Latin dance associated with the music genre of the same name. Salsa is an amalgamation of Cuban dances, such as mambo, pachanga, and rumba as well as American dances, such as swing and tap. Bachata Bachata is a style of social dance from the Dominican Republic. It is connected with bachata music. The basics to the dance are three-step with a Cuban hip motion, followed by a tap including a hip movement on the 4th beat. Kizomba This Angolan dance form is mesmerizing to watch, and its unavoidable sensuality is helping it spread across the world. Kizomba is both a dance and a style of music, which developed in Angola in the late 1980s and early 1990s. www.salsapeople.ch
