  1. Sam Gray Boulder Colorado - Peace Corps Volunteer Sam Gray of Boulder, Colorado is currently living in the Dominican Republic, where he is working as a Peace Corps volunteer. He is involved in Kayak Limón, a community-based project started by local fishermen. Kayak Limón is an ecotourism project that takes tourists on kayaks through the Scientific Reserve of Laguna Limón , an unspoiled lagoon so remote that not even that many Dominicans have ever heard of it.

  2. Sam Gray Boulder Colorado - Certified ESL Teacher Sam Gray of Boulder, Coloradograduated from the University of Colorado in 2013. He received degrees in Economics and International Affairs. He also has a certification to teach English as a second language. Not long after graduating, he joined the Peace Corps, and is currently in the midst of a two-year commitment to the non-profit group. He is living and working in a remote village in the Dominican Republic.

Sam Gray Boulder Colorado - Unique Flora and Fauna Sam Gray of Boulder, Colorado says that he expects living and working in the Dominican Republic as a Peace Corps volunteer to broaden his horizons. Like most Peace Corps volunteers his life will be forever changed by the experience. He is involved in an ecotourism project called Kayak Limón, in which local fishermen act as guides and take tourists on four to five hour kayak expeditions through the remote Laguna Limón , to see its unique flora and fauna.

He has been there since 2013, living and working near the town of Los Guineos. He is active in Kayak Limón, a community-based ecotourism project that was started there by local fishermen, who guide tourists on sustainable, four to five hour expeditions through the Laguna Limón .
