Navy/Air Force Headquarters Building The Air Force/Navy Administration building is dried in and headed for a Spring 2009 completion Navy Headquarters staff will be housed on the first deck with Air Force on the second floor Each floor will accommodate 41 staff, but lay-out different dependent on Service requirements.
