  3. ANTECEDENTES • Deterioro Ambiental • Mendicidad (cultura de vida). • Vulneración de derechos • Perdida de vidas de niños y niñas. • Desnutrición • Pobreza extrema • Cultivos de uso ilícito • Desintegración familiar

  4. PRIMERA FASE • A partir de 1995 ICBF, ASOPATIA, Alcaldía de Taminango unen esfuerzos para la atención de la niñez a través de la estrategia USO CREATIVO DEL TIEMPO LIBRE. * Actividades recreativas * Manualidades * Apoyo Psicosocial * NUTRICION

  5. SEGUNDA FASE • A partir del año 2001 se integra al proceso el componente PRODUCTIVO (Panadería, Turrón, Huertas Caseras) • Involucra a la familia dentro del proceso y se hace partícipe del mismo. • Alianzas estratégicas ( Movimondo, GTZ, OIM)

  6. PROYECCIONES • Comercialización de los productos • Ampliación de coberturas • Implementación de nuevos proyectos productivos • Dotación de Biblioteca Comunitaria • Creación de Grupo Cultural • Formación de ciudadanos • Microempresas rurales

  7. LOGROS • Nuevos Estilos de vida • 0 % de mendicidad de los niños y niñas del sector. • Vinculación de 80% de niños al sistema Educativo • Organización de biblioteca comunitaria • Disminución de maltrato infantil • Desarrollo de componente productivo

  8. PARA REFLEXIONAR: Ve hacia la gente, Vive a través de ellos, Planea con ellos, Comienza con lo que ellos saben, Construye sobre aquello que ellos tienen. Cuando el trabajo este hecho y las metas cumplidas, la gente dirá: ESTO LO HEMOS HECHO NOSOTROS MISMOS
