Starting SAT study in Grades 8 or 9 may seem early, but it can provide considerable long-term benefits. Beginning early helps pupils to become comfortable with the exam structure, develop core skills, and lessen test-day anxiety. During these early years, students may concentrate on improving essential subjects such as arithmetic, reading comprehension, and writing, which are important components of the SAT. Early prep also provides pupils more time to work on their deficiencies and create efficient test-taking tactics.
