  2. Monolithic refractory products are unshaped refractory materials that can be made into any desired shape. They have many industrial applications in steel, cement, petrochemical industries, and many more. Monolithic refractories have several properties like chemical inertness, high-temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance. These properties make them highly durable and superior performers, making them ideal materials for high- temperature and harsh chemical environments. Refractory companies in India offer a wide range of products and are available in several forms, which represent unique properties and advantages.

  3. CASTABLES Fine and coarse precision-graded refractory grains with a binder system make up castables. Heating the material alters the binder, facilitating the formation of a ceramic bond. Industries typically use them in furnaces, incinerators, and reactors. Refractories manufacturers in India, provide a wide variety of castables, divided into conventional, low iron, low cement, and insulating. They can withstand temperatures ranging from 1200°C to 3000°C.

  5. PLASTIC Industrial furnaces widely use refractory plastic, an unshaped refractory material, for their roofs and interior linings. It consists of 70–80% granular and powdery material and 10–25% plastic clay. Plastic refractory possesses sufficient plasticity to undergo ramming or pounding at its designated location. The location allows for its ramming or pounding. Different types of aggregators classify plastic refractory into high alumina, fireclay, corundum, silica, magnesia, and many more categories. It has excellent wear resistance, high structural strength, and excellent thermal shock ability.

  6. Monolithic refractories are versatile, durable, and have excellent thermal properties, making them important in high-temperature industrial applications. Castable, plastics, or mortar refractories offer unique advantages in various industries like iron and steel or cement.
