  2. Orthognathic Surgery Orthognathic surgery is used to correct a wide range of minor and major skeletal and dental irregularities, including the misalignment of jaws and teeth.

  5. Lower jaw (mandibular osteotomy) A significantly receded lower jaw can be corrected by a procedure called mandibular osteotomy.
