  3. When and Where? • Friday 12 August – Friday 19 August 2011 • Sun City Resort – Africa’s Kingdom of pleasure • Two hours by coach from the OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg

  4. World Class Conference facilities All conference rooms open to a large refreshment area All conference rooms will be set up schoolroom style with all modern Audiovisual and Sound facilities

Facilities • High speed internet • All required facilities such as Photostat machines, PC’s and printers • All hotels and conference venues are served by the internal telephone system • Local and international telephone facilities • The area is covered by all cellular networks and 3G • Fully equipped HF Radio station for use by delegates

Rooms are fully air-conditioned with radio, television, hairdryers as standard features Rates calculated on an exchange rate of €1 = R11

Conference Package • Conference package for 7 days is estimated at €650 and includes • All lunches ( except on free day) • Tea and Coffee on conference days • Mineral water and mints in all conference venues • All dinners including the bush braai and final banquette • Drinks at welcoming function and wine at the banquette • Conference folder and stationary Rates calculated on an exchange rate of €1 = R11

  10. More about Sun City • Limited accommodation will be available at the Cascades and the Palace of the Lost City. Rates are substantially higher and will be supplied on request at the time of booking. • All hotels are situated in a secure complex within walking distance of the conference centre (3 – 5 minutes). • Shuttle busses are available and depart every 10 minutes • Two golf courses • Tennis Courts • Swimming pools set in tropical gardens

Free Day • Visit the crocodile farm • Try your luck at the casino • Visit a cultural village • Laze around the pool surrounded by tropical gardens • Play golf on the Gary Player Golf Course • End the day with a visit to the Pilansburg Game Reserve and enjoy a boma braai [barbeque] in the bush
