Marketing analytics • Marketing analytics is the area where by analyzing the data relevant to these  campaigns we assess the efficacy of our marketing campaigns. • This allows us to consider how the marketing campaign works. This also asks us how we can further enhance our relationship with existing customers as well as make potential subscribers. • Marketing analytics is increasingly becoming a very important field for companies, which is why most management schools give their students advanced marketing analytics programs.

  3. why marketing analytics important? • Marketing analytics are important to marketers today as it helps them to quantify the effect of their work. Measuring a campaign involves accurately evaluating what went right or wrong, and considering the possibilities for future campaigns. • It offers insights into how the consumers view a brand and the expectations and desires of the customers. This can include data from different sources such as the company's website , social media accounts, consumer polls, buying history of customers , sales data, demographics of customers etc.

  5. Complete Picture of Marketing Campaigns Marketing analytics is not limited to advertising or web analytics. As a marketer through this you can get a full picture of all your marketing platforms. Although providing an overview of individual marketing channels such as social media or email marketing can be useful, better overall strategic decisions can be made based on the impact of all the channels added together. Marketing analytics would also allow you to compare the impact of different channels, such as, how many leads a blog post produces compared to an email. Similarly, of all the people who got your email about how many went to the retail store to buy the product.

  6. Understand the Customer Marketing analytics allow you to glimpse the life cycle of the consumer. You will share how you first learned about your client. Where did they go shopping? Were they customers to repeat? Are they driving more leads to you too? Do they subscribe to your blog or follow you on Twitter or like your Facebook page? You can draw a image of his purchasing habits and probably his potential purchases by looking at all aspects of a customer's behavior in one location. If you know at what stage your customer wants to purchase the product, you will apply your learning when making marketing and sales plan. Marketing analytics helps close the loop, turning leads into real conversions.

  7. Data Meaningful His ability to clean the data into concrete and actionable insights is the best thing about marketing analytics. In today's scenario an organization is overloaded from all fronts with customer-related, industry-related and product-related data. There are many marketing channels that drive customer acquisition, management of the lead, brand building, complaints etc. Within that sea of data, a marketer can easily get lost. We will discover those issues using innovative marketing analytics tools that would potentially make a difference if worked on.

  8. Marketing Analytics Lets You Look into the Future Marketing analytics will allow an company to look out for potential developments in their industry. When looking at changing consumer preferences and perceptions, they will shape their long-term marketing strategies accordingly. This also helps companies find potential revenue-generating opportunities and promote product growth.

  9. Employee Productivity Use of analytics will boost employee marketing efficiency. They'll be armed with useful information to make better business decisions. A group of employees would also find it easier to agree on plans that are supported by numbers rather than based on feelings and experiences. Marketers will be aware of the success of their marketing strategies and, if appropriate, they will be strengthened in time which will increase profitability.
