If you’ve got a great idea for a financial product and the community agrees, we’d love to develop it for you. · Controlling the Community Treasury: To attract talented developers, analysts, traders and marketers, SW DAO will run incentive programs to attract and retain talent. · Updating Fee Configurations: Our products are monetized through management fees and spreads. The community will be responsible for finding the correct balance in deploying value accrual mechanisms to capture these fees/spreads. · Access to the community: Our community will largely be limited to SWD token holders in order to keep our competitive advantage in terms of our pricing/trading models and to ensure a high quality of participants. No Fees and Lower Spreads on Our Products SWD token holders will be able to buy and sell SW DAO DeFi products like indices, portfolios, derivatives, etc. without any fees and spreads. In addition, SWD holders will get access to exclusive products and services (more on this in a future update). Exclusive Access to SW DAO Managed Accounts SW DAO will offer managed accounts on centralized exchanges for token holders. Managed Accounts offer our market-outperforming strategies and machine learning-based risk management combined with a sophisticated execution system to offer high risk-adjusted returns to investors. Our history of success speaks for itself! Buy and Burn + Price Floor Program 50% of revenue generated by our managed account strategies on StackedInvest will be used to buy SWD on the open market and burn it every month — removing it from the market forever and decreasing the total supply. This deflationary dynamic encourages fantastic price appreciation over time. In the last 6 months, the Buy and Burn Program would have bought and burned over $150,000 worth of SWD tokens. In addition to this program, we are introducing a Price Floor Program for SWD, which we’re calling ‘The Launchpad’ around the office: SW DAO will commit to buying all SWD that falls below $5, meaning it can never go lower. In fact, we’d love for you to sell us some at that price! Transparency We will be as transparent as possible about all activities surrounding SWD by disclosing all information and keeping as much activity as possible on the public Ethereum blockchain. We hope that by building trust within our community, we can encourage people to hold long-term and get involved in bringing this vision to life. Our ‘Buy and Burn’ program will be executed on the Ethereum blockchain and can be verified there. Similarly, every purchase of SWD will be publicly documented and verifiable on Ethereum.

Blurring the Lines One of our goals with the design of the SWD token was to blur the lines between cryptocurrency and traditional stocks and be the flagbearer for a new breed of token in a maturing market. With our high yield and deflationary design combined with the decentralized and democratic ideals of DeFi, we hope to have achieved just that.
