Payroll Management

The Payroll module is quite unique to SmartAdmin. The Payroll module is flexible and user friendly as well. One can create any number of pay structures; name it according to the organization culture. Along with pay structure, leave package and holiday packages need to be set up. Once the pay structure is created it need to be linked with employees along with leave package and holiday package. This helps in calculating salary based on supporting data points.
