  2. About AlsCraftyCreations • What started out as a wild hair selling ornaments for some extra Christmas money has turned into a full blown side hustle. Your small business support is appreciated more than words can explain and we hope to continue to grow and expand Al's Crafty Creations! Shipping Inquiries • -All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail and can take an additional 5-7 days to arrive once shipped.-If you need an order in a hurry, you can upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Please message me if it is a rush so I can try to accommodate your timeline.-Once you are given a tracking number that means your order is off to the post office within 24 hours! After that I have ZERO control of the order.-If your order still says "pre-transit" 5 days after you received tracking please contact me.-If your tracking number say "in transit" for more than 7 days also please contact me.

  4. Custom and personalized orders • If you see an item you like such as a wood sign or any of the customization items and would like to make changes to it please message me PRIOR to placing the order to ensure it's something that can be done without additional charges.

  5. Custom Requests • We LOVE custom orders and would love to create something special for you. We have done custom signs and custom shirt orders for friends and family and would be happy to do this for you as well!

  6. Custom and personalized orders • We make every attempt to package your purchase as securely as possible, however should your item come damaged please send a picture of the item AND package within 24 hours of receiving and we will issue you a replacement at no additional charge.
