Corporate greed

Corporate Greed refers to the excessive desire for profit by large corporations, often at the expense of ethics, employees, consumers, and the environment. Driven by the relentless pursuit of shareholder value, corporations may engage in exploitative labor practices, reduce wages, cut corners on safety, evade taxes, and harm natural ecosystems. This behavior can lead to growing inequality, where wealth is concentrated in the hands of a few executives and investors, while workers and communities bear the costs.
