Obtaining numerous quotes from builders was a daunting experience and the variance in cost simply shocking. Donatas has exceptional attention to detail, is approachable and extremely honest. He carefully reviewed our architect drawings and plans and invested considerable time with us to answer all our questions and address any concerns. Having never undertaken a project of this nature before, we felt quite daunted by the prospect. The build itself went very smoothly and the site manager was always available, coming on site most days to ensure progress was taking place as planned. We are so happy with the standard and quality of work.
