  2. Meet The Doctors Dr. Jared Nielsenattended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 1997.  Dr. Dustin Creergrew up in Spanish Fork Utah. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 where he also competed with the UVU Racquetball team.
