Monthly Order Intake Statistics By the: 12th of the following month 13th of the following month 14th of the following month 15th of the following month • Delivery of manufacturer declaration to national association (FEM only): • Delivery of report to the Alliance association: • Transfer of consolidated association report to Progetti • WITS report from Progetti

  12. Data Collection System • Associations report the statistics with the W.I.T.S.’s Excel Format • Associations e-mail the monthly/quarterly files to Progetti • Progetti collects the files into the W.I.T.S. file • Progetti delivers to the W.I.T.S.’s Associations the consolidated files

  15. W.I.T.S.’s Output • The system provide two different outputs: • W.I.T.S.’s Excel File • W.I.T.S.’s CSV File

  16. W.I.T.S.’s Excel File • The statistics are reported by: • Country • Class • Detailed information by: • Period information • YtoD information • Compared with the previous year

  17. W.I.T.S.’s CSV File • The CSV file is a standard format that must be read from principal standard software like Excel or Access • The details in the CSV file include: • Period • Country • Class • Periodicity • Q.ty Period • Q.ty YtoD • Q.ty Period Previous Year • Q.ty YtoD Previous Year

System StartUp • January 2002: ITA reports the monthly and quarterly information of December 2001 • January 2002: Progetti delivers the new version of W.I.T.S.’s Input files with the handbook to all the members • January 2002: the new Associations (China, Korea, Brazil) report the YtoD value of the monthly and quarterly statistics for 2001 with the new input system • January 2002: Progetti converts historical information in the new system • January 2002: all the members report a test file to test the system • February 2002: all the members report the information for January 2002

  19. Web Site • Progetti will provide some Web Pages at the following address: www.progetti.net. • The members will be able to download the Excel File Model for input statistics and the software handbook
