  2. Our Package Plans Basic plan Basic 20ft model At 20 feet in length, this is our smallest, most basic, model. It’s suitable mainly as a starter home for one person, or for use as a separate home office or studio. The Basic plan covers the essential materials for comfortable, full-time living. It’s easy to transport to a new location. And you can add on to it later for more living room. Basic 40ft model The 40-foot option provides twice as much living space. Therefore, it is the best value for the space you get, and the most popular length in modular sustainable container homes. It is a great option for singles, couples and people with 1-2 small children. It is fully functional for comfortable living, and yet can be transported to a new location if you ever decide to move.

  3. Standard Plans Standard 20ft model The efficient design of this house allows 1-2 people to live comfortably in close quarters. Heating and cooling costs are low. The Standard Plan comes with upgrades in the quality of the finishing of your home. Storage space is located under the bed. Standard 40ft model This 40-foot design features the same upgrades as the 20-foot, but comes with more space and comfort. It’s suitable for 1-2 people who need more storage and living space to relax in. This is a great value for the investment, and can always be upgraded later if you’d like to add a second story or an additional container nearby. If you like you can transport it to almost anywhere in the country.

  4. Premium Plan Premium 20ft model With nearly half the wall area of this home occupied by windows, you get a spacious, wide-open feeling. Yet the powerful insulation and the heating/cooling units make sure you’re always comfortable. This Premium model is ideal for a retired individual or couple who wish to downsize from a large house, and enjoy this model’s open-air feeling. Premium 40ft model This larger model not only provides a comfortable living space for 1-2 people (plus a 1-2 small children if you have them), you’ll be excited to invite your friends over for a party.
