As the Mughals entered the country, they brought some rich food culture along with them and it has stayed in the country or good. Try it with naan or rice and you will end up wanting more with each bite. The goodness of grounded spices makes it irresistible.

The best part about the pulav is that it is an authentic Kashmiri dish because even the saffron used in it is grown in Kashmir only. You would have never tasted the distinct taste of the rice.
