Name Change in Passport (1)

To change your name on a passport, you must apply for a re-issue. First, apply online through the Passport Seva portal by selecting "Re-issue of Passport" due to a change in personal particulars. Next, book and attend an appointment at a Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) with all the required documents, including proof of your name change (such as a marriage certificate or Gazette notification) and your old passport.
