Company Profile • As Venhancer Technology & Consultancy we implement technology via design, software development, software solutions, analytics, data, technical resource recruitment, and technical resource outsourcing. • We mainly focus on selection and placement services and software development services specific to the IT sector. Selection and Placement • We rigorously select the right employee compatible for your professional needs through the use of our extensive candidate database, all active career portals, as well as techniques specific to your industry and immediately introduce you to the best professionals in the field.

  3. 2. Outsourcing • Resources are determined according to the needs of our customers and allocated to the project. The 20 people dedicated team works full-time at the Venhancer offices(or remote in Turkey) only for the customer, act as a virtual team and are trained for the needs specified by the customer. All Intellectual Property Rights belong to the customer. They can communicate with determined communication channels such as Phone, e -Mail and Skype during agreed working hours. Customers can flex their team members as they wish at the stage of determining the development process. Pricing is made on a monthly basis based on fixed cost per resource.
