Meet Venzee… Venzee is a new data transformation and integration platform that’s going to ensure that you never work harder than necessary when it comes to creating and updating products for your store. Venzee is going to have you working faster, easier, and with almost zero use of spreadsheets! How it works: Step 1: Sign Up No Fee – No Credit Card It take less than a minute to fill out our sign-up form and then you’re all set to start uploading your Source Data. How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: Select Merchium Template You’re going to use our Merchium template along with your Source Data to create a Dynamic Collection. You will then use the Dynamic Collection to quickly create Merchium-compatible products. The template is waiting for you in our Template Library. Get there by going to Dynamic Data and clicking the “Add” button. Select the Merchium template and hit “Next”. How do I create a template? Step 3: Creating A Dynamic Collection Using the Merchium Template And Your Source Data Ok, now it’s time to start mapping the attributes in your Source Data (things like size, color, weight etc.) to the fields in the template. As long as the format of your Source Data stays the same you only do this once. We have the “?” and some videos if you need some tips getting started. You can also create tables, perform math calculations, and add padding to your records so that they’ll look better on Merchium. Hit “Generate” when you’re finished and then “Export” to get the download link for your new Dynamic Collection. How do I create a Dynamic Collection?
