Procedure for Verified by VISA Prerequisite: Debit Card: Vijaya Bank debit card holders need to register their mobile numbers by visiting a Vijaya Bank ATM and following the below procedure after entering the ATM PIN. Other Services -> Debit Card on internet -> vbv registration Credit Card: Vijaya Bank Credit card holders need to register their mobile/ email with the card division of the Head Office. They can also contact card issuing branch and get the mobile number registered. Then click here to register for Verified by VISA.

  3. New User - Web Registration New users need to visit Vijaya Bank website and click here http://bit.ly/NewUserWebRegistration Next enter card details. On successful verification, user has to choose the preferred choice for receiving the OTP: Mobile number and Email Mobile number - or - I will register later For option 3, user will be asked to get in touch with bank to update contact details. Once the user fills the details (for option 1 and 2), and clicks submit, the cardholder is successfully registered for Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code. For logging into profile website, user has to use static password.

  4. Forgot Password – Existing User User has to visit Vijaya Bank website and click here - http://bit.ly/ResetPasswordExistingUser Card holder has to enter card details. Once the OTP is verified, user will be asked to choose new password. Once the submit button is pressed, the cardholder’s password is successfully reset.

  5. Authentication during Transaction – Existing User User visits merchant website to purchase an item. User will be redirected to payment gateway once he/she clicks the PAY NOW option. In the next page, user has to enter his/her static password and OTP. Once these details are verified, user is successfully authenticated. If the user enters wrong credentials 3 consecutive times, the card will be blocked immediately (for internet transactions only). To release the blockage of Internet transaction, user has to contact Vijaya Bank’s 24x7 Card customer care centre. TOLL FREE 1800 425 9992 / 5885 / 4066 Email: cardsupport@vijayabank.co.in NOTE: In case of change in Mobile number/Email id, Card holder has to send the new Mobile number/Email id, through the issuing branch, to Card Division. It takes a maximum of 2 working days to update the details after receiving the Mobile number/Email intimation from branch.
