What Are Butterfly Valves?

Butterfly valves are some of the widely used and necessary products that work to open and shut off the pipelines used in handling fluids. Because it consists of a circular disc that rotates to open or close the valve the butterfly valves are small in size, light in weight, and very efficient. Such characteristics render them suitable for use in applications that demand frequent use besides occupying a relatively small area.
