To satisfy the growing demand, by 2038, the country's aircraft fleet is anticipated to grow fourfold to about 2500 aircraft. <br>The government has also pledged to build 100 additional airports by 2024 of the Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik (UDAN) scheme. <br>The air fleet number is also expected to increase from 600 to 1200.<br>India is currently the seventh largest civil aviation market in the world and is expected to become the third-largest civil aviation market <br>within the next 10 years.<br>

  3. To satisfy the growing demand, by 2038, the country's aircraft fleet is anticipated to grow fourfold to about 2500 aircraft. The government has also pledged to build 100 additional airports by 2024 of the UdeDesh ka Aam Nagrik (UDAN) scheme. The air fleet number is also expected to increase from 600 to 1200. India is currently the seventh largest civil aviation market in the world and is expected to become the third-largest civil aviation market within the next 10 years.

Indian aviation also contributed 5% of the GDP, creating a total of 4 million jobs. As per Ministry of Civil Aviation Data (www.dgca.gov.in), you can see how Indian Aviation sectors are growing. It’s great to hear that you are pioneers in introducing Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Program in Maharashtra. I found some colleges in Maharashtra that offer Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Govt. of India. Some of these colleges have advanced lab facilities, workshop & hangar along with well-trained instructors with vast expertise and knowledge in defense and airline sector.
