  1. Brush And Floss Properly To Keep Away Plaque

  2. Bacteria grow in our mouth due to so many different reasons, plaques, cavities, gingivitis and other periodontal diseases. A great oral hygiene can only be attained if you keep the mouth clean on a daily basis. • Plaque is a creamy and stinking layer of bacteria which forms on our teeth, near the base. Especially those areas where the toothbrush can't reach, plaque grows frequently.

  3. Proper tooth brushing should be the ideal cure to fight to plaque away. Cleaning your tooth every day and in a proper way means plaque can't accumulate on the teeth. • You should also floss the gaps of your teeth. There are inter-dental cleaners available as well for the same purpose. Cleaning the gaps between your teeth will remove the plaques from there which means you are cleaning the areas where your toothbrush can't reach. This will help you to fight the cavities and other dental diseases.

  4. Keep your brush at an angle of 45 degree on the gums. • The brush should go in smaller circular motion on the teeth. • Brush everywhere on the teeth, including the outer space, inner side and the chewing areas of the molar teeth. • To clean the front teeth, use the top of the brush and run up and down strokes gently. • Use the rubber surface of the backside of the brush-head and clean your tongue to clean the bacteria and have a pleasant breath. • Take out around 18 inches of floss and wind it on the middle finger of each hand. Now hold the floss between your forefingers and thumbs, tightly. • Gently rubbing, push the floss between your teeth. • When the floss touches your gum create a half circle of it and against the teeth one side. Slowly, push it between the gum and the tooth. There are several recommendations from The American Dental Association
