It includes assessment of individual bone and joint that is causing the joint restriction. Joint restrictions are caused by joints shifting out of place, leading to increased pressure and stress through the joints. The body has to then compensate for this displacement, leading to pain, stiffness, and swelling symptoms. This can result in adaptations to the walking style, leading to further complications such as the knee, hip and lower back strain.  Foot Mobilisation is used to release restrictions in the feet and lower limbs and allows the connective tissue to heal and repair to a healthier functioning state, increasing mobility. It is similar to what Osteopaths or Chiropractors would offer as their course of treatment.
