SetuBandhaSarvangasana (Bridge Pose) SetuBandhaSarvangasana or Bridge pose is one of the best asanas that one could perform because it has many benefits like strengthens the hips and legs and massage the spine. The body becomes energetic and the mind calms down, leaving the practitioner to feel relaxed and refreshed.

  3. 2) Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend Yoga Pose) Practicing Paschimottanasana helps to relieve stress and it is a traditional and simple Hatha Yoga Asana that has great benefits, those people who are suffering from migraines get so many health benefits from the Pashimottanasana. This asana mainly focuses on the backward area of the body; therefore, this asana is named as Seated Forward Bend Yoga Pose.

The nervous system is relaxed when you stretch the body, stretching the body can reduce the level of stress, and reducing stress can help the pain of migraine under control. It also stretches the lower back and relaxes the spine.

To increase focus and concentration of mind this asana is best because when the concentration power is increased, the mind gets relaxed and away from all the distractions which help the mind to get focused and keep the mind still and calm.
