  1. Benefits of Outdoor Yoga Every now and then you find yourself travelling for work or perhaps on a trip with your buddies to your weekend destination. Nobody will blame you if you don’t get your workout in but your body will know. Before you know it you find yourself out of practice. The only thing worse than having to restart your fitness progress is you can’t really pick up where you left off and you probably need to step back a couple levels to find that sweet spot where you can comfortably start working out again. Frankly, that can be pretty frustrating. So why not make sure you stay on track? Make the most out of your outdoor endeavours and get your workouts in no matter where you are. Yoga at the beach or the hillside has got to be one of the most exhilarating feelings ever. But that’s not the only upside to it. Here are a few reasons why you should practise yoga in the great outdoors. 1.Develop a Sense of Stability–When you’re in your room trying to focus, you can make all the adjustments you want to create the perfect environment for yourself. But when you’re outside you’re forced to mold your mind to the outdoor settings. Doing this helps you develop a sense of calm and stability within you, independent of your environment.

  2. 2.Renewed Muscle Strength– Doing yoga on your mat or on a concrete or wooden floor is great if you’re new to yoga but after a while doing the same asanas get monotonous. If you’re over your beginner yoga flow and wish to kick things up a notch take your sessions outside. Nature is unstable and ever-changing but that’s the beauty of it. Having to adapt to the external forces employs you to use all your muscle fibres and build strength in areas you weren’t aware of. 3.Become one with Nature– Last but not least and it goes without saying that being amongst nature and practising yoga outdoors will naturally bring you closer to it. Feeling the cold morning dew under your feet, breathing the crisp fresh air and focusing your energies the right way is bound to yield exceptional results.
