  3. 高考书面表达 • 要求考生根据题（提）示进行书面表达。 1. 准确使用语法和词汇 2. 使用一定的句型、词汇，清楚、连贯地表达自己地意思。

  4. Guided Writing 下面4幅图片描述的是星期天上午在中山公园里发生的一件事。请根据图片所提供的信息用英语为你校的“英语园地”写一则小故事。 • 注意：1）短文必须包括所有图片的主要内容。短文的内容要连贯、完整； 2）参考词汇：货摊stand (n.) ; 抢夺 snatch (v.) ; 逮捕 arrest (v.)

  5. Before writing • 认真审题 • 明确写作目的 • 围绕中心写作 • 确定动词时态 • 恰当选择词语 • 注意结构/层次 • 恰当使用过渡词

  7. 3.故事的结构: • 第一段：介绍故事发生的时间，地点，天气，背景等。 • 第二段：描述故事的经过，包括贼抢包；众人抓贼；老人用伞把把贼绊倒等要点。 • 第三段：描述故事的结果，包括贼被捕，众人欢呼及包主人致谢等要点。

  8. 4.连接词:On Sunday morning…was about to…when…suddenly; as; meanwhile; as he was doing…after that…as soon as (no sooner… than…; hardly…when…)… in the end; finally… 5.时态: 过去式 6.关键词语:hot…buying ice cream at a stand; snatched; seeing…tripped…down…was arrested; cheered; showed gratitude to…

  9. One possible version It was a sunny morning in Zhongshan Park. There were many people buying ice-cream at an ice-cream stand. A woman with a very fashionable handbag was going to buy one for her child. But when she was about to take out some money from the bag, a man rushed to her and snatched her bag away.

  10. “Oh! My bag!” the woman shouted. She ran after the man and some people followed her. An old man was sitting on the bench enjoying the sunshine when he heard the cry. He saw the man was running in his direction, so just as the man was running past him, he tripped the man over with his umbrella.

  11. The woman and some other people ran up and caught the man and phoned the police to take him away. “Thank you very much!” The woman said gratefully to the old man. “It’s nothing.” The old man replied. “Everyone would do the same. It’s just what I should do!”

  15. 6. Possible expressions: • group dancing competition, to take an active part in, participate, hesitate, good opportunity, careful consideration, relax, make some contributions to the class, strong enthusiasm, dancing skill

  16. Possible version 1 • A group dancing competition will be held in our school and the monitor calls on everybody to take an active part in it. While most of my classmates are still hesitating whether to participate, I have said yes to our monitor with great pleasure.

  17. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for my decision. First, it is a good opportunity for me to relax myself, which will enable me to study more efficiently. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so goes the saying, which clearly shows us the importance of relaxation. Besides, I think I am a good dancer after learning dance for more than five years.

  18. Participating in the contest will be a golden chance for me to show my dancing skills and make some contributions to the class. • For the two reasons mentioned above, it is no surprise that I have such a strong enthusiasm on the group dancing competition.

  19. Possible version 2 Today the monitor calls on everybody to take an active part in the group dancing competition which will be held in a couple of days in our school. But after some careful consideration, I have decided not to participate. There are a number of reasons for my decision. First and foremost, as the College Entrance Exam is just around the corner, study is the top priority for me.

  20. Participating in the group dancing competition has to give way because it might take me too much time. What’s more, without any experience of dancing, I don’t think I can be a good dancing partner. I am afraid my poor dancing skills will probably spoil the performance of the whole class. In this case, it’s better for me to be a spectator cheering for my classmates. For these reasons, it seems more appropriate for me to watch the competition than to dance myself.

  24. One possible version As we can see from the picture, two people, father and son, are talking to each other. The boy, standing on the ground, is looking up at his father, slightly scared, while his father, seated high on a big Chinese character “fu”, meaning “father”, is shouting to his son.

  25. Such a situation seems fairly common in our society. When talking to each other, father and son are not in equal positions. Fathers simply tell their sons what to do rather than listen patiently. Therefore, sons will have few chances to share their own ideas or open up to their fathers.

  26. They often look up to their fathers with respect, fearing that they might not live up to fathers’ expectations. I hope our parents will listen to us more instead of just giving us orders.

  30. One possible version April 12 is memorable because our class had a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering them.

  31. After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. Seeing the lines of trees, we all had a sense of achievement. We feel it's our duty to protect and beautify our environment.

  36. One possible version • In the picture we see a group of children playing hopscotch happily while a boy is sitting in front of his computer, fully absorbed in a game. • This picture intends to show how children today and in the past spend their free time.

  37. In the old days, there was no modern equipment such as TV sets or computers, so children kill time, playing games outdoors. With the development of science and technology, children are so attracted by computer games that they become addicted and stay in front of the screen all day long.

  38. Unlike the kids who are playing hopscotch, which is a team game, the boy who tends to spend more time alone easily develops psychological problems such as a lack a sense of cooperation and communication skills. • So in my opinion, modern science may not benefit people.
