This document outlines the key processes and structures related to funding proposals in Botswana, focusing on malaria and TB control efforts. The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning acts as the principal recipient, supported by a malaria consultant from UNICEF. It details critical steps in the national proposal development process led by the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM). Priorities include mobilizing resources for long-lasting insecticide-treated nets (LLINs), enhancing community TB care, and improving monitoring efforts. Engagement with various technical working groups ensures inclusive participation in the proposal process.
