Some examples • The same way a person LOOKS sad, a piece of music expresses sadness. • The “emotion” of the music can trigger a memory or thought that makes you happy for sad or even make you cry. • If you were at an art gallery and their was music playing, do you think it would be rock music? • When you go to a restaurant, would you be hearing classical music really loud?
