Hardware Warranty and Renewal - eWRM Description • The IBM Warranty and Maintenance Manager was created to simplify the management of warranty and maintenance agreements you have in place for your IBM systems. Key Value Points • Reminder emails are sent to you to renew the hardware warranty within the reminder days set by you before they expire • View inventory list of all your machines with machine model number, serial number, machine type, warranty start and end dates, status and quote price of agreement renewals • Get instant reports relating to your warranty and maintenance agreements that can be imported into excel.
