PT.Cipta Busana Mandiri is an Independent Business Unit of Cipta busana jaya ,especially dedicated to export business. PT Cipta Busana Mandiri consist a complete independent process from marketing,mearchantising,sampling,manufacturing and exim. PT Cipta Busana Mandiri having: Campus Area: 6543 sq.mts. Production Area: 3106 sq. mts Total no of Sewing Lines: 15.

In future this team will extend to a design studio for export customer. Sourcing: A strong Global vendor network has been establish to meet various requirement of our customer. Sampling: A highly skilled technicians dedicated to meet the sampling requirement of customer from proto to PPS.This team is also instrumental as a Tech support system in all technical aspect to manufacturing floor. Merchandizing: Highly Professional Team of Merchants, to understand the customer and ensure meeting all critical requirements . Manufacturing: The Factory is flexible and can handle various product categories. A robust production system as well as skilled set of operators/staff. Focus on training keeps the workforce skill upgraded. Quality: Quality Assurance procedures being from vendor selection to material receipt ,in line inspection and final inspection to ensure quality delivery Value Addition: Factory can offer various kind of value additions like embroidery, Beed work, printing etc.

PD and Value additions Samples & PD: Equipped with Gerber, Lectra and plotter technology with sample capacity of 1500 pcs / month Industrial Engineering: Concepts of IE being applied to get actual SMV and SAM value of product. This helps in estimation of correct CM value during costing as well to achieve production target on real floor. Embroidery: Allied with embroidery units like PT Anugraha, PT.Gunung Mas equipped with m/c of 12 and 20 heads with capacity for CBM 2000 pcs/day Printing: Having vendors with facility of wide varieties like Pigment, Rubber, Flock, Silicone, Glitter etc Washing: CBM has allied factories like PT Golden land, PT.Maxmoda and PT.Atlas Indonusa and got prolonged experience in handling as per buyer specifications.
