Launch of Web-Based L-THIA with ICMA Interface for Local Environmental Assistance

The International County/City Management Association (ICMA) is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the L-THIA (Land-Use-Transect for Hydrology and Infiltration Assessment) interface on the Local Government Environmental Assistance Network (LGEAN) website. This new feature will provide users with an interactive platform to analyze runoff and non-point source (NPS) pollution results. Users will be guided step-by-step through pages for state and county selection, land use, and hydrologic soil group data input, enabling effective environmental assessments and decision-making.
