What you are having in your food • Lets observe your daily diet. • Just spend your little bit time to have your thought on What do you eat more? • Are you consuming large amount of calories in your diet and you don’t have time to burn them? • Then plan your diet in such way that it contains food with less fats and which is easy to digest. • Also, you can give few minutes for doing Yoga that will help you to burn excess amount of calories.

  3. Include green leafy vegetables in your diet • Try to include green leafy vegetables in your daily diet as it contains irons, proteins, vitamins, fibre and calcium. • These vegetables are easy to prepare and tasty. You can also include soups made up from green leafy vegetables.

Drink Water Time to Time • As everyone know that water is crucial part of our life. • Water contains minerals which are helpful for growth of our body. • Drinking enough water helps you to detoxify your body and improves your skin quality. • It is commendable to drink water 25 to 30 minutes before and after your meal as it helps to digest your food properly. • Avoid having the water during lunch or meal as it slows down digestion process.

  5. Add proteins in your diet • Proteins are important for our body and you should include that in the diet. • There are many protein rich foods that you can include in your diet liksoyabeans,Spinach, lentils, broccoli, asparagus, etc.

Chew your food properly • Chewing your food properly is important for your body to digest your food in easy manner. • Most of individuals have their food in hurry and forget to chew it properly. • Because of it body takes more time to digest your food. • If you chew your food properly, it makes easier for body to digest your food and ultimately, it leads to burn more calories moving your jaws.

Avoid fast food and soft drinks • Avoid having fast food and Soft drinks as it harms our body in different ways. • Fast food can be unclean and unhygienic and it is having trans-fats which are very hazardous for our body. • If you see soft drinks, it contains large amount of sugar. • Consumption of soft drinks may leads to dental problems and obesity. • Instead of drinking such hazardous drinks you can have lemon water or fresh fruit juices to refresh your mood.

Concentrate on your food only • Many people have their food in between their work or while watching TV or playing on mobile phone and don’t they keep a record of how much they eat. • Because of this sometimes you end-up your food with overeating, as you’re your stomach may be full but your brain tells you to eat more. • If you really concentrate on your food while eating, it will more efficient for your stomach and it will save you from overeating.

  9. Don’t forget to have breakfast • Don’t forget to have your breakfast daily as it breaks the overnight fast. • Make sure that you should have rich food in your breakfast before you step out of your home.
